Chin telly hop log is a plugin that will automatically teleport / hop / logout for you. With HP detection you can AFK bosses without the fear of dying. With the player detection you can AFK in the wilderness or make safespotting popular wilderness bosses a lot less of a pain. You can configure the plugin to either log out, hop worlds or teleport when detecting another player or even based on the HP level. The player detection also has support to filter out players without gear or without a skull.
